I used certain criteria to select companies that a person with no experience in transcription can apply to and start working almost immediately.
The companies selected had to pass the following conditions:

GoTranscript is an online transcription company based in Scotland. It is another great company that will hire you with no experience in transcription. All you need is a computer and an internet connection to work after passing their basic qualification test.
They also have short newbie-friendly files. You choose when to work and what to work on. New hires can learn from other team members as they continue sharpening their skills.
On their website, they claim that their workers’ average earnings are about $150 per month with top monthly earnings as high as $1250.
GoTranscript does not discriminate against people from certain parts of the world as they hire worldwide. Another advantage is that they pay every week for work completed via PayPal and Payoneer.
Crowdsurf
Crowdsurf offers online transcription and captioning services. The company hires freelancers with little to no experience at all in transcription. They require no resumes to apply to Crowdsurf. Their short transcription tasks are extremely easy and are available 24/7.
To work for Crowdsurf, you need to first sign up on the Work Market platform and then join Crowdsurf as a new transcriber. They use the platform to hire and pay all transcription freelancers.
They require you to pass their assessment before getting access to jobs. Within a few working days, your account is ready and you can start working.
TranscribeMe
You need no experience in transcription to work at TranscribeMe. You only need a computer and an internet connection to work after passing their test.
You will love this company as a transcriber with no experience in transcription, as you will only work on short audio files of between one to two minutes long.

Rev’s pay ranges from $0.36 to $0.65 per audio minute, which translates to approximately $22 to $39 per audio hour.

GMR Transcription
GMR Transcription offers both transcription and translation jobs. You do not need any experience in transcription work to work for GMR and neither do you need to pay any registration fee to apply to this company. You only need to pass their transcription test.
You work on a flexible schedule and can do as much or as little as you want. They claim that their freelancers earn between $1,000 and $3,000 per month.
